The purpose of this study was to examine and explain the influence of leadership behavior and the work environment on the performance of police personnel through work discipline studies at the Southeast Sulawesi Regional Police Directorate of Criminal Investigation. Data collection is done by using a questionnaire. The population of this study were all 112 police personnel of the Ditreskrimum Polda Sultra, the sample was taken using the slovin formula with a total sample of 87 people. The analytical tool used was SmartPLS.
The results showed that leadership behavior had a positive and significant effect on the work discipline of police personnel at the Ditreskrimum Polda Southeast Sulawesi, leadership behavior did not have a significant effect on the performance of police personnel at the Ditreskrimum Polda Southeast Sulawesi, the work environment had a positive and significant effect on the work discipline of police personnel at the Ditreskrimum Polda Sultra, the work environment had an effect positive and significant effect on the performance of police personnel of the Ditreskrimum Polda Sultra, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of police personnel of the Ditreskrimum Polda Sultra, leadership behavior has no significant effect on the performance of police personnel of the Ditreskrimum Polda Sultra through work discipline, and the work environment has a positive and significant effect on performance Ditreskrimum Polda Sultra police personnel through work discipline
