The purpose of this study was to examine and explain the influence of leadership, work motivation, work discipline, and job satisfaction on the performance of the personnel of the Southeast Sulawesi Regional Police Human Resources Bureau simultaneously and partially. Data collection is done by using a questionnaire. The population of this study were all 56 members of the Human Resources Bureau of the Southeast Sulawesi Regional Police. Due to the minimal population size in this study, the entire population was used as research respondents. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis.
The results showed that leadership, work motivation, work discipline, and job satisfaction simultaneously had a significant effect on the performance of the Human Resources Bureau of the Southeast Sulawesi Regional Police, partially leadership had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Personnel of the Human Resources Bureau of the Southeast Sulawesi Regional Police, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Human Resources Bureau personnel of the Southeast Sulawesi Regional Police, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the personnel of the Southeast Sulawesi Regional Police Human Resources Bureau, and job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Human Resources Bureau personnel Southeast Sulawesi Regional Police
