The purpose of this study was to examine and explain the effect of work discipline, workload and organizational commitment on the performance of Members of the Dalmas Sub Directorate of Samapta Polda Southeast Sulawesi, both simultaneously and partially. The approach of this study is quantitative using a survey method. Data collection was carried out in a cross-sectional manner using a questionnaire. The sample for this study was members of the Sub-Directorate of Dalmas, Samapta Directorate of the Southeast Sulawesi Regional Police, as many as 64 people. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis
The results of the study show that work discipline, workload and organizational commitment simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of members of the Dalmas Sub-Directorate of the Samapta Directorate of the Southeast Sulawesi Regional Police. This means that increased performance is influenced by good work discipline, workload and organizational commitment. Partially, it shows that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of members of the Dalmas Sub Directorate, Samapta Polda Sultra. Workload has a negative and significant effect on the performance of members of the Dalmas Sub Directorate of Samapta Polda Southeast Sulawesi. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of members of the Dalmas Sub Directorate of Samapta Polda Southeast Sulawesi
