Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and explain the effect of organizational climate, job characteristics, and public service motivation on employee performance at the Office of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection of North Konawe Regency both simultaneously and partially. Data collection is done by using a questionnaire. The population of this study were all employees of the North Konawe District Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Office, 33 people. Due to the minimal population size in this study, the entire population was used as research respondents. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis

The results showed that simultaneously organizational climate, job characteristics and public service motivation had a significant effect on employee performance at the Office of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection of North Konawe Regency, partially organizational climate had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Office of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection District North Konawe, job characteristics have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Office of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection of North Konawe Regency, and public service motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Office of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection of North Konawe Regency
