Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and explain the effect of organizational support, psychological empowerment, and organizational commitment on the performance of police personnel at the Kendari Police Station, both simultaneously and partially. Data collection is done by using a questionnaire. The population of this study were all police personnel from the Kendari Police, as many as 800 people, then the sample was taken using the slovin formula with a total sample of 89 research respondents. The analytical tool used is multivariate regression analysis

The results showed that simultaneously organizational support, psychological empowerment, and organizational commitment had a significant effect on the performance of police personnel at the Kendari Polresta, partially organizational support had a positive and significant effect on the performance of police personnel at the Kendari Polresta, psychological empowerment had a positive and significant effect on personnel performance police at the Kendari Polresta, and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on the performance of police personnel at the Kendari Polresta
